Itinerary is drawn up based on the needs of assignee's checklist Hotel reservation Airport pick-up Information session and needs analysis Tour of different boroughs Visit of selected properties School visits if applicable Visit with requested professionals: Legal accountants, doctors etc. Visit of selected temporary accommodations Information kit and video  General Settling-In Program (between 50-70 hours of services) Welcoming on arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel Temporary furnished accommodation assistance General information session and needs analysis, budgeting and cost of living Orientation and geography prospecting Administrative formalities (banking, driver permit) Housing assistance: search, visits, lease negotiations, counseling * Visit to schools, enrollment, eligibility for English education, acceptance certificate student visas Assistance with utilities: telephone, electricity, gas, cable TV Social and cultural integration  - Language schools  - Customs clearing of personal belongings  - Referrals to professionals and specialists  - Shopping (grocery, appliances, furniture stores, etc.)  - Networking into the community * All brokerage transactions will be carried out by real estate brokers or by real estate agents members of the ACAIQ
